The Placement Angle of the Dust Filter Cartridge

Depending on the placement angle, there are three different ways to place the dust removal filter cartridge.

Vertical Type

Vertical type: it is often used in stand-alone equipment. During pulse cleaning, the dust is easy to clear and settle to the ash hopper, and the effect is good. This installation method is also commonly used in filter cartridges for working conditions with slightly higher dust concentrations.

Inclined Type

The inclined type has filter cartridges stacked up and down. It has a compact structure and a small footprint, making it easy to change cartridges. However, when cleaning, the dust removed from the upper filter cartridge settles on the lower filter cartridge, making it difficult to remove.

Horizontal Type

Horizontal type: the dust on the upper part of the lower filter cartridge is more difficult to remove. The tilt-mounted dust filter cartridge is suitable for small and medium-sized dust removal systems to remove non-viscous, low-concentration, coarse-grained dust and is also suitable for the renovation of some old-fashioned bag dust collectors. However, it is still effective when used in high air volume and low concentration conditions, such as welding fumes.

Dust Filter Cartridge Fixing Method

The dust filter cartridge can be divided into nine different placement methods according to the different fixing methods.
1. PU-sealed installation filter cartridge, generally vertical bottom installation, small-diameter filter cartridge, small equipment, replaces cloth bags, increases filtration area. Generally not suitable for working conditions with large amounts of dust.
2. The three-ear flange-mounted filter cartridge is generally installed vertically at the bottom. The flower plate has studs and is locked with the closing gasket. The flange can be made of cast aluminum or stainless steel.
3. The round flange is used to install the filter cartridge. You will know how to install it by looking at the rubber pad.
4. The side-mounted cartridge filter cartridge, as you can tell from the name, is side-mounted. Side door, sliding rod type.
5. Plum blossom cap-mounted filter cartridges, chuck-type mounted filter cartridges, and six-lug quick-removable dust filter cartridges are all similar and must have a matching locking mechanism.
6. The three-claw rotary-mounted filter cartridge is similar to the previous one and requires a mechanism to rotate and lock.
7. Bolts are used to install the filter cartridge. The number of bolts may be different, but the theory is the same. Pass through and lock with nuts.

9. Horizontal and oblique installation methods are commonly used, and filter cartridges are installed in both through-hole and small-hole types. Cooperate with the keel and locking or pressing mechanism to complete the fixing and sealing of the two-series filter cartridges.
