Product Structure & Core Craft

The filter cartridge consists of pleated filter material, inner support mesh, upper & lower polyurethane end caps via integrated hot-press bonding. Inner skeleton adopts galvanized steel mesh or stainless steel perforated sheet to prevent filter bag collapse during pulse back-blow cleaning. Diversified installation designs: 3-lug /6-lug quick-release, flange type, plug-in type, tool-free quick disassembly greatly shorten maintenance downtime。

Optimized deep pleating technology expands effective filtration area 2~3 times than traditional filter bags under same height, stable air permeability and low airflow resistance。

PTFE Membrane Coated Cartridge: Nano-film surface filtration, capture ≥99.9% of 0.3μm fine dust, anti-adhesion, easy pulse ash removal, ideal for cement, chemical, powder coating industries。
Anti-static Conductive Cartridge: Conductive fiber blending, eliminate static spark risk, ATEX compliant for flour, aluminum powder, combustible dust workshop to avoid dust explosion。
