Our dust filter cartridge adopts advanced deep pleating technology to maximize effective filtration area. It consists of high-performance filter media, inner and outer protective metal mesh, reinforced end caps and high-elastic sealing gaskets. The overall structure is firm and compression-resistant, not easy to deform or collapse under long-term airflow impact. The tight sealing design completely avoids air leakage, ensuring stable and reliable filtration performance. Standard interface design enables quick disassembly and replacement, which is ideal for routine equipment maintenance.

• Polyester fiber: Cost-effective, for general dry dust working conditions

• PTFE membrane coated polyester: Water-proof, oil-proof, easy for pulse cleaning, ultra-high filtration precision

• Anti-static polyester: Prevent static sparks, suitable for flammable and explosive dust environments

• PPS fiber: High temperature resistance up to 190°C, applied to high-temperature flue gas

• Glass fiber: Resist extreme high temperature, for industrial high-heat waste gas treatment
