Large folding area brings strong dust storage capacity, good pulse ash cleaning effect, widely used for woodworking, cement, machining workshop, food processing dust removal.

2. PTFE Membrane Surface Coated Filter Cartridge

Ultra-fine PTFE film laminated on filter paper surface, surface filtration mode, ultra-high interception efficiency for ultra-fine powder below 1μm. Dust cannot penetrate into filter fiber, easy to blow clean, ideal for chemical powder, pharmaceutical, lithium battery, metal polishing fine dust working conditions.

3. Spun Bonded Polypropylene Filter Cartridge

Integral spun bonded PP material, acid and alkali corrosion resistant, moisture-proof, suitable for chemical plant waste gas, electroplating workshop, high humidity corrosive flue gas dust removal.

4. High Temperature Resistant Filter Cartridge

Adopts glass fiber or aramid filter media, continuous working temperature up to 260°C, used for metallurgy, steel plant, boiler high-temperature flue gas dust collection.

5. Long Fold / Vertical Install & Horizontal Install Filter Cartridge

Customizable length, diameter and installation structure, including quick-open flange type, screw fixed type, card slot type, matching bag filter, cartridge dust collector, industrial vacuum cleaning equipment.

1. Filter Media: Polyester non-woven, PTFE coated media, glass fiber, aramid, PP spunbond cloth, customizable functional treatment (waterproof, oil-proof, anti-static, flame retardant).
2. Internal Support: Galvanized steel mesh or stainless steel inner cage, prevent filter media collapse under negative pressure air suction, keep stable folding shape.
3. End Caps & Sealing: Plastic, galvanized iron, stainless steel end caps; EPDM rubber sealing gaskets, tight fit to avoid air leakage and dust bypass.
4. Surface Protection: External metal protective mesh optional, prevent filter bag scratch and damage during installation and ash cleaning.
