It is a top-mounted pulse filter element with six symmetrical lugs, realizing tool-free fast installation and removal, which greatly reduces maintenance time and labor cost for dust collection equipment.

The six-ear twist lock structure is the core highlight of this filter cartridge. Operators only need to align the six lugs with the slots on the tube sheet, rotate 30-90 degrees clockwise to lock firmly, and reverse rotation for disassembly. A single worker can finish replacement within 30 seconds, no wrench or pressing flange required. Compared with conventional bolt fastening filters, maintenance efficiency increases by more than 70%, and equipment shutdown time is greatly shortened, which is very suitable for 24-hour continuous production workshops.

Uniform stress distribution from six lugs ensures stable sealing performance. Equipped with high-elastic polyurethane or silicone sealing gasket, the gasket is pressed evenly without local pressure deviation. It effectively prevents dust leakage and air bypass, even under high pressure pulse jet cleaning and equipment vibration conditions. The leakage rate is controlled below 0.1%, helping factories meet environmental emission standards steadily.

Inside the filter cartridge is a reinforced galvanized or stainless steel spiral perforated inner support. It can withstand high negative pressure, prevent the filter media from collapsing and deforming during operation, and improve the overall durability. The filter layer adopts deep pleating technology to expand the effective filtration area, low air resistance and good air permeability, matching pulse jet cleaning system. Dust is easy to peel off during back-blowing, less clogging, stable pressure difference and longer service life.
