The intake air filter is the first protective barrier of screw air compressors. Dust, sand, pollen, and particulate contaminants in the ambient air will seriously wear the rotor, bearing, and oil separator inside the air compressor if not filtered. Our air compressor air filter element is specially designed for air compressor air intake systems. It effectively intercepts solid particles in incoming air, reduces internal component abrasion, extends the service life of lubricating oil and downstream filter elements, and stabilizes the long-term efficient operation of air compressor equipment.

The filter element adopts pleated composite filter paper/polyester media, fixed with upper and lower end caps and a built-in metal inner support mesh. The pleated structure maximizes the filtration area within limited space. It can maintain a low initial pressure drop while capturing large amounts of dust. The sealing gasket at the end cap ensures a tight fit with the air filter housing to prevent unfiltered air bypass leakage.
