V-Bank Densely Pleated Air Filter for AHU, Cleanroom and Industrial HVAC Filtration

In industrial air handling and cleanroom ventilation systems, intermediate filtration plays a decisive role in protecting downstream HEPA filters, stabilizing indoor air quality and reducing long-term operational energy costs. Our V-bank densely pleated air filter, also known as V-cell compact filter, adopts multi-V densely folded media design. Within limited installation space, it provides much larger effective filtration area compared with traditional flat panel and bag filters, delivering high airflow capacity, low resistance and long service life for commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

The core of the filter is the densely pleated V-shaped media pack. Fine glass fiber or synthetic polyester filter media is hot-melt separated and formed into multiple V-shaped groups. This special structure optimizes airflow distribution and avoids turbulence inside the filter. More filter material can be installed in the same outer frame size, greatly improving dust holding capacity while keeping lower initial pressure drop, which helps customers reduce fan energy consumption.

Frame and media options

1. ABS plastic frame: Lightweight, moisture-proof, good dimensional stability, not easy to deform under high humidity conditions. It is widely used for hospital, pharmaceutical factory and clean air conditioning systems.
2. Galvanized steel metal frame: High mechanical strength, impact resistant, suitable for heavy-duty industrial ventilation and gas turbine air intake filtration.
3. Filter media options: Micro glass fiber media for high efficiency grades; synthetic polyester media for general industrial dust filtration.

Available efficiency grades Comply with EN779 and ISO16890 standards: F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, H10, H11, H12, H13. Corresponding MERV ratings are also available upon request. Customers can select proper grades according to their air handling unit design and cleanroom classification requirements.
