First, look at the application scenario
Different industries have very different requirements for filter elements. Industrial environments such as welding workshops require high-temperature resistant flame-retardant filter elements, woodworking workshops must choose anti-static models, and the food and pharmaceutical industries must use pollution-free filter materials that meet hygiene standards. Although the requirements for household purifiers are relatively simple, they must also choose HEPA filter elements of the corresponding level according to the pollution characteristics of the area.

Second, look at performance parameters
Filtration accuracy, wind resistance and temperature resistance are the three key indicators. Industrial-grade filter elements usually require a filtration accuracy of 99.97%@0.3μm, and at the same time ensure that wind resistance does not affect the normal operation of the equipment. For example, the filter element in the welding workshop must be able to withstand high temperatures above 150℃, while the filter element at normal temperature in ordinary workshops is sufficient.

Third, look at the service life
Although the unit price of high-quality filter elements is higher, the replacement cycle is longer. The service life of the filter element using membrane technology can reach 2-3 times that of ordinary filter elements, and the pulse backwash system can significantly reduce maintenance costs. It is recommended to choose a model with a pressure difference indicator so that you can accurately grasp the replacement time.
