Pulse Pleated Long Filter Cartridge Suitable For Cement Plants

Pulse pleated long filter cartridges are used in industries with relatively high dust concentrations. They are specially used to transform bag dust collectors into filter cartridge dust collectors or new pulse dust collectors. Polyurethane terminals can be used to completely replace BHW imported filter cartridges. There are two types of joint installation: top-mounted and bottom-mounted. The connection plate has polyurethane terminals, iron terminals and three-ear (three-claw) connections.

1. Polyester fiber filter media or composite fiber/polyester/glass fiber mixture.
2. Shallow pleat design, better cleaning performance.
3. Strong filter media, good backwash effect, high-efficiency filtration.
4. The filtration area is 3 times that of the same bag.
5. Top opening, bottom seal.
6. Galvanized anti-rust metal structural parts.
7. Flange multiple installation methods, easy installation, time-saving and labor-saving.
8. Rubber seal (upper end cover upper and lower end face seal, optional).

Filter material selection:

1. RH2 standard polyester fiber (white, black optional).
2. RH2A flame retardant treated polyester fiber.
3. RH2B oil and water resistant treated polyester fiber.
4. RH2CD anti-static treated polyester fiber.
5. RH2F Coated polyester fiber.
