Contaminated hydraulic oil is the main culprit causing hydraulic pump, valve and cylinder wear, equipment failure and unexpected downtime. Our folded hydraulic oil filter element is specially designed to remove solid particles, metal debris and impurities from hydraulic oil, protecting the whole hydraulic system and extending the service life of hydraulic components.

The core design of this hydraulic filter is the multi-layer folded/pleated filter medium. Pleating greatly increases the effective filtration area within a limited space. Compared with non-folded filter elements, it features larger dirt holding capacity, lower flow resistance and longer service cycle. The filter material can effectively trap tiny solid particles, maintaining the cleanliness grade of hydraulic oil steadily.

The whole structure is reinforced with an inner metal support tube. It can withstand high working pressure and pressure impact in hydraulic circuits, preventing filter media deformation, rupture and oil bypass. The end caps are firmly bonded to the filter medium by high-strength adhesive, which won’t fall off under frequent pressure fluctuations. The sealing rubber gasket provides a tight seal to avoid unfiltered oil leakage.
