The outer diamond mesh protective cover is one of the key features of this air filter. It acts as a protective shell to prevent the filter media from damage during handling, installation, and operation. It can resist impact and friction in dusty construction sites, mines, and workshops, maintaining the integrity of the filter layer. The inner support tube reinforces the whole structure to avoid filter collapse under strong airflow suction.

We adopt high-quality cellulose/composite filter media options. The filter paper has a uniform pore structure, high dust-holding capacity, and low airflow resistance. It can capture fine sand, dust, pollen, and other solid particles efficiently while ensuring sufficient air intake volume. Good breathability helps equipment maintain rated power, reduce fuel consumption, and extend engine or host service life.

Both top and bottom end caps are made of heavy-duty metal with good sealing properties. The rubber sealing gasket fits tightly with the air filter housing to prevent unfiltered air from bypassing, ensuring all inlet air passes through the filter media. Our air filter cartridges go through strict leakage and airflow testing before shipment to guarantee stable performance under continuous operation.
