In industrial workshops, commercial buildings, and air purification systems, particulate dust is not the only air pollutant. Our activated carbon air filter element combines particle filtration and gas adsorption functions. It can capture dust particles while adsorbing odorous gas, widely used for air handling units, air purification equipment, and industrial waste gas pretreatment projects.

This filter element is composed of an outer filter media layer and an activated carbon adsorption core. The pre-filter layer intercepts dust particles to protect the carbon material from clogging. Activated carbon uses a porous structure to physically adsorb gas molecules, eliminating odor, organic vapor, and chemical fumes. Two mainstream structures are available: granular activated carbon-filled type and honeycomb activated carbon integrated filter.

1. 1. Granular Activated Carbon Filter Element
2. High-quality coal or coconut shell granular carbon is filled between two layers of non-woven fabric. Large carbon loading capacity, strong adsorption capacity, suitable for medium and low concentration odor removal in factory ventilation.
3. 2. Honeycomb Activated Carbon Filter
4. Honeycomb carrier loaded with activated carbon. Smooth airflow, low pressure drop, long service life. Compact structure, commonly used for air purifiers, commercial HVAC, and painting workshop exhaust treatment.
5. 3. Filter frame: ABS plastic frame, galvanized metal frame. A sealing gasket is optional for a tight installation inside the AHU.
